Homeopathic care rooted in
understanding | curiosity | connection
Sensitivity is meaningful. It tells us something worth listening to.
I’m Alex, a homeopath, writer and mum with a particular interest in supporting women and their families through complex health challenges.
Many of the people who come to me have spent years adapting to life’s challenges while silently carrying more than most people realise. Their struggles are often unseen or misunderstood, and their symptoms can feel confusing, persistent or difficult to explain.
Rather than seeing sensitivity as something to suppress, I see it as something worth understanding.
My role is to listen carefully, notice patterns, and explore the threads that connect symptoms, life experiences and the ways we adapt to life’s challenges.
Together, we can explore what feels most alive in your symptoms, make sense of the bigger picture, and guide the next steps.
Every person's story is unique, but these are some of the challenges I commonly see in practice.
Anxiety | Low Mood
Anxiety, panic, chronic stress, nervous tension, emotional overwhelm, hormonal transitions.
Fatigue | Sleep Difficulties
Ongoing exhaustion, disturbed sleep, burnout, persistent fatigue, nightmares
Child | Teen Health
Lowered immunity, allergies, phobias, big feelings, behavioural changes, sleep or eating difficulties.

Chronic Pain | Unexplained Symptoms.
Persistent pain, fibromyalgia-type patterns, digestive disturbances, old injuries that haven’t settled, headaches, unexplained flare-ups.
Life Transitions
Grief, loss, caring responsibilities, hormonal changes, burnout, when life just doesn't feel the same anymore.
Recovery After Setbacks
Stuck symptoms ever since a virus, infection, child-birth, surgery, stress, injury, trauma or health setback.
Hello I'm Alex
Homeopath | Writer

I discovered homeopathy nearly twenty years ago as a reluctant patient. After years of struggling with chronic health challenges and finding few answers elsewhere, I met a homeopath who listened carefully, helped me see my symptoms differently, and supported me in finding my way forward.
That experience changed the course of my life and eventually led me to study homeopathy myself.
I graduated with a first-class degree from the Centre for Homeopathic Education in 2012 and have been supporting families with complex health challenges ever since.
Alongside my practice, I’m a writer, artist and lifelong student of health.
I’m passionate about inspiring others to make sense of their symptoms and feel more confident using homeopathy at home for everyday ailments and injuries.
When I’m not working with clients, you’ll usually find me drawing in my sketchbook, listening to homeopathy podcasts while cooking for my family, or exploring the Kent countryside in search of wildflowers and ancient trees.
Warmly,
